Chad Eldridge opened Majestic Auto Body in 1985 with his partner, Stacey Patience. Later in 1985, Stacey was killed in an automobile accident, leaving Chad as sole proprietor until 1989, when Stafford Smith, owner of a local Chevy/Honda dealership, offered him a rental location. This facilitated expansion from 4 stalls to 13, and from 2 employees to 8.
In 1993, Marc Homer and his wife, Kathleen, joined Chad and his wife, Nancy, as business partners. In 1999, property for the current location was purchased and December of 2002 marked the opening of the present facility, with its 30 stalls and 18 employees. Since then, Majestic has become Southeastern Idaho’s largest and most technologically advanced body shop. With glass installation, towing and detailing complimenting the services offered by Majestic, Chad and Marc have built their business on extraordinary customer service and strong insurance company relations.
When recruiting repair technicians, Majestic looks for outstanding abilities as well as outstanding attitudes. Only those that meet these high standards of commitment and excellence are selected. When a vehicle is dropped off for repair, the customer can rest assured that only the most accomplished craftspeople are providing the finest customer care, with the hope of being referred to friends and family. |
